We have 4 basketballs and this is our favorite one. WE have only had this ball 1 month but if it continues to do well we will probably have 4 of them in a year or 2. I can see how some people would complain about it coming not quite fully inflated. But we don't see that as a big problem. It is inflated and bounces well. Could more air be put into it? Sure but that may make it over inflated. Remember it is a basketball not a bouncy ball.

I play mostly outdoors on concrete. This ball has good grip and nice bounce but not too bouncy like rubber so you'll get the soft roll. I've only used it about 10 hours collectively but it has retained it's initial quality so far. The logo's don't interfere much with your shot. I'd definitely get another one.

Let me just start this review out by making it clear that i am a huge basketball/NBA/WNBA/CBA fan. I picked up this basketball and started dribbling it. I was amazed at two things.

First of all, it bounces really high and you very rarely have to keep pumping it up like you do with some other basketballs. You can use it both outside/indoors although it is geared for more indoors then outdoors.

For an outdoor basketball, grip, durability and balance, are probably the most important considerations. Spalding's `Street' basketball ranks pretty high in those key departments. You get a nice firm grip, the durability of the pebbled finish seems to be pretty good, and you get a nice bounce on various types of hardcourts.

The grip may not be as good as Spalding's NBA `Legacy' ball, but it is very close. Like many outdoor type balls, it may feel a little heavy on an indoor court. It's reasonably priced, so if you need an outdoor ball, you really can't go wrong with this one.

I bought this for myself...and I am a 31 year old man...who likes to shoot some indoor hoops during the winter when its cold and there is nothing else to do. Anyway, I hard mounted this to my wall.....it is not set up for that so you need to take the door brackets off ...and you will need a drill, washers and some wood screws, a stud finder..etc. But this thing is sweet. It is like a real hoop and the thickness of the backboard doesnt matter. i have had 5 hoops before this and this is by far the best one. It will not break even with me taking 18 footers! The only downside is the ball seems a little heavy for the hoop. I am using the ball from my old hoop that is same size but lighter material....than again, i bet it holds up to the heavy ball. Highly reccomended!
